Today Norwegian Cruise Line announced that it has updated its global health and safety protocols by waiving all COVID-19 testing, mask wearing and vaccination requirements, effective October 4, 2022.
Given significant positive progress in public health, Cruise Line has updated its health and safety guidelines to be more consistent with other global travel organizations, the company said in a press release.
“Health and safety are always our top priority; in fact, we have been leaders in health and safety since the beginning of the pandemic,” said Harry Sommer, President and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line. “Many travelers have been waiting patiently for a long-awaited vacation at sea, and we can’t wait to celebrate their return.”
