Today Enchanted Princess launches its 2023 Princess Cruises summer program in Europe.
After crossing the Atlantic, the ship is in Barcelona to begin the first cruise of the season: a six-day voyage through the Western Mediterranean.
Round-trip cruise from a Spanish port to France and Gibraltar. In addition to a British port on the Iberian Peninsula, the cruise includes visits to Ajaccio and Marseille, as well as two full days at sea.
After the usual dry dock, Enchanted Princess continues its European summer program in mid-April, offering additional routes in both the Western and Eastern Mediterranean.
The series of cruises, ranging from seven to 21 nights, includes various destinations to the Greek Islands, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Montenegro and more.
The fifth in a series of six ships known as the Royal Class, Enchanted Princess first entered service in November 2021.
Built in Italy by the Fincantieri shipyard, the 3,660-person ship offers more than 25 onboard restaurants and bars, including new ones such as La Mer, a French bistro that debuted on the Majestic Princess.
The ship also offers a variety of entertainment options, as well as unique Sky Suites. According to the princess, the stateroom balconies, measuring over 90 square meters, are among the largest in the entire cruise industry.
In addition to the Enchanted Princess, three more Princess Cruises ships will be sailing in Europe in the summer of 2023: Sky Princess, Regal Princess and Island Princess.
Ships operating primarily in Northern Europe will offer a variety of itineraries between March and early December.
Based in the UK, Sky Princess operates a series of cruises ranging from four to 24 nights to Scandinavia, Iceland, Norway, the Canary Islands, the Baltic and the Mediterranean, departing from Southampton.
Also sailing from an English port, Regal Princess is ready for a ten- and twelve-day voyage to the British Isles.
Completing the local offering, Island Princess sails both Northern Europe and the Mediterranean, offering longer cruises departing from Southampton, Copenhagen, Civitavecchia and more.
