Mustai Karim is the newest luxury motor ship in Russia on the river cruise market. Mustai Karim corresponds to the level of a five-star hotel and is designed as a “floating hotel”.
The motor ship was designed by the Marine Engineering Bureau and built at the Krasnoye Sormovo shipyard in Nizhny Novgorod. Launching took place on September 11, 2019.

The comfortable four-deck liner is equipped with high-tech navigation equipment and is capable of speeds of up to 12 knots. The length of the ship is 141 m, width – 16.82 m, draft – 3 m. Accommodates 309 passengers.

There are no restrictions regarding gastronomy on the Mustai Karim ship. Upon request, special meals, gluten-free, vegetarian and any other menu can be provided.

In two restaurants of the ship, “Agidel” and “Iremel”, three meals a day are provided. Various service formats are provided: buffet or a la carte custom system, as well as free or fixed seating.

The concept of the cuisine can be described as “coastal cuisine” or coastal cuisine; when developing the menu, the chefs were inspired by the coast of the Black Sea, Volga, Yenisei, Don and other rivers and lakes along our routes. No flavor enhancers or other additives are used in the dishes; everything is prepared exclusively from fresh ingredients. The menu is developed and tested in advance, which allows us to achieve consistently high quality.

The restaurant’s bar menu offers a large selection of sparkling and still wines, signature cocktails, homemade lemonades, soft drinks and detox drinks.

Thanks to the concept of coastal cuisine, you will get a more complete understanding of the place you are in, discover a new palette of taste sensations and find a friendly company of like-minded people.
