The first season of Sun Princess comes to an end with a transatlantic crossing to North America. Setting sail in late September, the intercontinental voyage links Southampton and Fort Lauderdale.

In addition to the 11 days at sea, the 16-day itinerary includes visits to two ports in Spain – Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Vigo. Before crossing the Atlantic, the Sun Princess also visits the Portuguese island of Madeira with a visit to Funchal.
